Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor – Power Generation Projects

A growing power generation company is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor to support the construction and installation of a large-scale, multi-engine power generation facility in southern New Jersey.

Base pay range: $110,000.00 per year – $140,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a daily onsite presence to monitor civil, mechanical, and electrical contractors.
• Ensure installation aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Support daily coordination meetings and track field progress.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Participate in inspections, commissioning, and safety reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in construction, commissioning, or power generation projects.
• Familiarity with reciprocating engines, MEP systems, or industrial installations.
• Strong field coordination and leadership skills.
