Qualifications

• Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and comprehend project specifications and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobsite documentation such as RFIs, change orders, and QA/QC.
• Manage jobsite logistics and coordinate deliveries.
• Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Update project schedules and craft productivity tracking.
