Qualifications

• Four year degree in technical discipline.
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Strong math, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering or construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: quantity reporting, document control, submittals, RFIs, correspondence, daily reports, and meeting notes.
• Review submittals for coordination and conformance to plans and specifications.
• Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings; support mobilization with the superintendent.
• Prepare closeout documents and assist with final monies collection.
• Support pay request requirements and perform quantity takeoffs on drawing changes.
• Distribute change requests for pricing and schedule impact.
• Maintain accurate inspections and quality reviews in the DFS.
• Assist with procurement, scheduling, and look-ahead schedule development.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors; ensure safety and quality compliance.
