Responsibilities

• Manage jobsite logistics including office supplies.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
• Assemble estimates and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend project meetings.
• Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Craft productivity tracking.
• Jobsite documentation including RFIs and change orders.
• Update project schedules.
