Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with quick response time.

Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Construction scheduling and progress tracking.
• Procurement and expediting of material and equipment.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and piping systems.
• Project cost review, reporting, and accounting.
• Review subcontractor payment applications.
• Participate in project meetings and site coordination.
• Supervise subcontractors' field installations.
• Develop change proposals for self-performed work.
