Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a highly motivated project coordinator for our Phoenix, AZ office. The role requires at least three years of construction industry experience, with responsibilities including setup in Sage/FCS, cost entry, and managing insurance documentation and warranties.

The position is onsite with standard 8-hour days and 30-minute lunch, starting as soon as possible. You will support multiple managers, handle invoicing and collections on completed jobs, and leverage Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a project coordinator in the construction trades.
• On-site office role with standard business hours.
• Experience with Sage and FCS is required for setup of awarded contract jobs.

Responsibilities

• Set up awarded contract jobs in company software programs (Sage and FCS).
• Gather cost estimates and enter into Sage.
• Provide customers with insurance certificates, W9 forms, lien waivers, warranty docs when requested.
• Create and send workmanship warranty documents and assist in warranty submissions.
• Progress bill and invoice completed jobs.
• Assist with collection of past-due invoices.
