Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Industrial Construction teams on site in Wyoming. You will ensure smooth project execution, maintain diaries, track costs, and coordinate with management and customers to meet schedules.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will handle timecards, billing, and on-site administration while balancing field and office work, Excel-driven reports, and collaboration with subcontractors to protect margins and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• Strong Excel and computer skills.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft products and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with DMV background check.
• Willing to work both field and office settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily project diary and establish priorities.
• Daily timecard entry and approval.
• Track costs, production, yields, and on-site inventory counts.
• Compile cycle times and log historical data.
• Gather pay item quantities and info on extra work items.
• Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize margins and cash flow.
• Coordinate with management, technicians, and customers to meet scheduling.
• Ensure project controls for quantities, costs, revenue and schedule.
