Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a motivated Coatings Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of industrial and mining construction projects. You will help manage schedules, budgets, and on-site activities under a Project Manager.

Strong organizational skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires familiarity with construction processes and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving project phases.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience coordinating within industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, estimates, budgets and schedules using P6 or MS Project.
• Support safety plans, QA/QC with safety and quality programs.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore, Teams and SharePoint.
