Job summary

WW Clyde in Apache Junction, AZ seeks a Project Specialist in Project Controls to support project kickoff through closure. The role emphasizes contract administration, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will work with managers, prepare documents in the project management system, process change orders, and assist with lien filings, insurance paperwork, and monthly owner billings. In-person, no remote option.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with project kickoff and job closure documentation.
• Set up new contacts and manage budgets in the PM software.
• Process subcontractor contracts and insurance paperwork.
• Handle subcontractor payments and monthly owner billings.
• Support change orders, lien filings, and coordination across teams.
• Maintain project set-up records and communications.
