ARC - Advancing Revolutionary Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead onsite operations for a multi‑family construction project in the Philadelphia region. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and inspectors, while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule discipline.

This long‑term role requires hands‑on leadership, clear communication, and a proven track record with complex builds.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of project management, or construction management experience in commercial, multi-family, and mixed‑use building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, scopes of work, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ability to manage project schedules and field operations with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with logistics and inspections on multi‑trade commercial sites.
  • Disciplined budget and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using or willingness to learn platforms like Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
  • Multi‑family or mixed use project experience.
  • Experience with VDC and 3D coordination a plus.
  • Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
  • Note: We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all onsite construction activities and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Foster a positive, respectful jobsite environment among subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project teams, inspectors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain short-term lookahead schedules in alignment with the overall project timeline.
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify delays or issues, and implement recovery strategies.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to all code, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all work meets design intent, quality standards, and technical specifications.
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, and field conditions to resolve constructability issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across the jobsite in line with safety and performance standards.
  • Review scopes of work and hold subcontractors accountable to performance expectations and project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings to align teams and resolve conflicts early.
  • Verify completion of work for progress billings and punch list sign-offs.
  • Maintain accurate daily field reports, logs, and jobsite documentation.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to communicate progress, budget implications, and manpower needs.
  • Support project close‑out by leading punch list efforts, coordinating inspections, and collecting as‑built information.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ‘Project Manager’ to lead onsite operations for an upcoming multi-family construction project scheduled to begin this spring. This is a long-term opportunity for a highly organized, hands‑on leader who knows how to keep crews moving, subcontractors aligned, and quality standards high. If you’re confident running complex builds from the ground up—working in fast-paced commercial environments and coordinating multiple trades—you’ll thrive in this role. This position requires regular travel within the Philadelphia region.

Field Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead all onsite construction activities and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Compensation
  • Annual Salary: 110k – 150k; Commensurate with experience.
