The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Manager I to support its Industrial Special Projects in Wisconsin. You will lead multiple fast-moving projects, coordinate labor and materials, and partner with customers from inquiry through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in industrial construction, strong estimating and scheduling skills, and the ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays. This role emphasizes autonomy, relationship-building, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Four to six years of related construction experience.
• Industrial construction experience in manufacturing or operating facilities.
• Understanding of equipment installation, millwright, ironwork, concrete foundations.
• Experience supporting estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within ~three hours of Appleton, with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Support project estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
• Coordinate labor and material across multiple projects in Wisconsin and nearby region.
• Engage with customers from initial call through project execution and closeout.
• Organize work and adapt to changing client needs; provide sound judgment.
• Travel locally to job sites and manage expectations with stakeholders.
