Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and administration of project safety plan.
• Support project controls, risk mitigation, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and monitor quality and closeout plans aligned with contract documents.
• Supervise project administration, field staff, and engineers to set priorities.
• Contribute to subcontracting strategy and buyout processes.
• Participate in insurance/bonds enrollment and contractor compliance checks.
• Support estimating, design coordination, and GMP preparation.
• Prepare monthly schedule updates and narratives for select packages.
• Coach direct reports and foster an inclusive, productive team environment.
