Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Junior to Mid Construction Project Manager for Healthcare in Lanham, MD. The role focuses on critical environments, including data centers and hospitals, with on-site oversight 4–5 days per week based on client needs.

You will manage full project scopes, mentor teams, and lead risk, schedule, and budget recovery efforts while collaborating with clients and A&E professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, labs).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
