Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience in office management and records tracking.
• Associate’s Degree with relevant work experience including document control, scheduling and financial records.
• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience in office management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Request documentation from contractors to support unit price contract payments.
• Ensure all required documents are in the payment folder before review.
• Monitor and secure payment folders through final payment and filing.
• Assist with resolving contractor payment exceptions and claims.
• Support safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain compliance with EHS, EEO, and business conduct standards.
