Job summary

Radiant is building a first-of-kind advanced nuclear manufacturing facility with a hands-on Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative on site to drive execution from onsite leadership. The role requires translating aggressive schedules and evolving design intent into built outcomes, collaborating with GC(s), contractors, and internal teams to meet safety, schedule, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management or owner’s representation for industrial facilities.
• Onsite field execution with direct GC oversight.
• Strong command of sequencing, schedule control, and change management.
• Able to make decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to be fully onsite in El Segundo HQ and Oak Ridge, TN during construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite authority representing ownership during all construction phases.
• Maintain daily field presence and drive execution across GC/subcontractors.
• Hold contractors to schedule, manpower, sequencing, and quality commitments.
• Identify issues early and resolve to avoid delays.
• Review RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders with speed and clarity.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, EHS, Security, and Regulatory teams.
• Transition to Operations roles later if needed.
