Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in the Dublin, Ohio area. You will supervise trade partners, monitor safety standards, review plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining a superior customer experience.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week and a minimum 1–2 years of construction experience. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to manage construction processes in a high-production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and handling permits.

Responsibilities
