Job summary

Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead construction across assigned communities in the Dublin, Ohio area. You will direct all construction activities, ensure budget adherence, and mentor mid-to-senior managers to improve processes and outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of codes, permits, safety standards, and superb communication with trade partners and internal teams. Onsite work five days a week is expected at Dublin projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage construction processes in a high production environment.
• Strong leadership for large teams of managers and supervisors.
• Experience reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting, building codes, and safety standards.
• Experience managing budgets and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all aspects of construction for assigned communities.
• Coach/mentor Construction Managers to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Pulte policies and budgets.
• Review designs to ensure codes and standards are met.
• Oversee safety, quality, and customer relationships.
