Qualifications

• Requires University degree or equivalent experience and 6-8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction for assigned communities.
• Coach and mentor Construction Managers to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor community budgets and costs.
• Review designs and approve projects.
• Manage supplier, trade partner and municipal relationships.
• Ensure on-site cleanliness and safety.
• Meet division productivity, quality, and budget goals.
