Job summary

Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field operations on a long-term project in Asheville, NC.

This onsite role will own day-to-day execution of deep foundations and earth retention work, overseeing superintendents, foremen, craft crews, and equipment. You will partner with the Project Manager to deliver work safely, on schedule, and on budget, coordinating with GC representatives, engineers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil or foundation construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple crews and superintendents.
• Deep foundations and earth retention experience preferred.
• Onsite Asheville, NC work required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Strong communication with field teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite field operations across crews and equipment.
• Build and maintain project schedule and milestones with PM.
• Plan labor, rigs, and equipment for foundations and earth retention.
• Track production, cost, and earned value against budget.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, geotechnical reports.
• Own site safety and Keller safety program compliance.
• Coordinate with GC, owners, engineers, and inspectors daily.
• Manage field issues and document change impacts.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate superintendents and crew.
• Prepare progress reports and lead inspections for quality.
