Keller North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field operations on a long‑term deep foundations project in Asheville, NC.

This onsite role will own day‑to‑day execution of foundation and earth retention work and oversee superintendents, foremen, crafts, and equipment to deliver safely, on schedule and on budget. You will partner with the Project Manager to maintain the project schedule, review plans and geotechnical reports, and manage field issues and change

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or foundation construction.
• Strong experience in deep foundations and earth retention is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop superintendents and crews.
• Proficiency with plans, specs, geotechnical reports and contract documents.
• Onsite work in Asheville, NC for duration of project.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations with superintendents, foremen, crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to build and maintain the project schedule and hit milestones.
• Determine labor, rig and equipment needs; resource-load the schedule for foundation/earth retention scopes.
• Track production, cost and earned value; flag variances with recovery plans.
• Ensure field teams build to plans and safety standards; coordinate QA/QC with inspectors.
