This position is responsible for day-to-day oversight, coordination, and administration of waterfront construction activities at a federal facility, ensuring contractor performance, schedule adherence, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Lindahl Reed is seeking an experienced Onsite Construction Manager to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)-led waterfront revitalization project for the homeporting of the icebreaker USCGC Storis in downtown Juneau, Alaska. This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, coordination, and administration of waterfront construction activities at a historically and operationally significant federal facility. The Construction Manager will serve as the primary on-ground representative ensuring contractor performance, schedule adherence, quality standards, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of construction. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in federal waterfront construction, a thorough understanding of construction management practices in coastal environments, and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder federal project environments.
