Job summary

Summit Energy Group LLC is seeking an Owner's representative to oversee solar and BESS plant construction, interconnect, site work, procurement, safety, startup and commissioning. You will manage a team and contractors to meet budgets, schedules, environmental and safety goals, and drive project closeout.

The role requires coordinating engineering, procurement and construction oversight to bring projects to commercial operation, with onsite work for the project duration, starting in East Texas.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management background; professional career in construction with focus on power markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with resources and sub-suppliers to set priorities, schedules and work plans to meet milestones.
• Lead onsite staff and manage sub-tier suppliers to contract requirements.
• Report progress daily, weekly and monthly to upper management with recovery plans.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper resource allocation across projects.
