Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple members.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from conceptual design through commissioning and implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to identify product improvements or cost reduction ideas.
• Support implementation by providing technical input and feasibility assessments.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and partner communications.
