Aufgaben

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team (plans, specs, RFIs, bulletins, field reports).
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions for accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor layout aligns with established lines and grades.
• Administer Quality Management Program and document deficiencies to resolution.
• Monitor job progress on-site for compliance with contract documents.
• Document daily construction activity using reports, photos, and other tools.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans and schedules.
• Attend meetings with customers/clients to provide status updates and address concerns.
