Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management degree preferred.
• Proven site superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, safety, and code requirements.
• Clear leadership and communication to motivate teams.
• Experience with data center projects is a plus.
