Job summary

Princeton Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets. You will manage subcontractors, material and equipment, and ensure safety and quality control while maintaining daily logs and coordinating inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of verifiable experience in commercial construction.
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Proficient in safety and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and Material Submittals.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate resolutions.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work.
