SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day management of construction projects on-site in Waxahachie, TX. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage punch lists, and ensure work meets plans, codes, and client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and active site supervision, with travel as needed to close out projects and ensure quality on every job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Obtain signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope.
• Document all project activities in the job file.
