Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, conduct site inspections, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate project documentation while upholding company standards. The role requires driving site visits and daily coordination with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and resolve punch list items
• Perform final walk-through with customer
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope
• Provide project updates to customers and clients
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with authorities
• Maintain project documentation and change orders
• Monitor schedule and progress
• Identify out-of-scope work and manage expectations
• Familiar with Construction Coordinator duties
