Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily project operations, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specs and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely, cost-effective work.
• Develop and maintain project plans, allocation of resources, and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular updates and participate in performance evaluations and training.
