Job summary

PBC Hotel Construction Group is seeking an Assistant Construction Site Supervisor to support the Site Supervisor on high-end hotel projects in Rochester, NH. You will oversee daily trade activities and help maintain project momentum while ensuring adherence to brand standards.

This role offers hands-on problem solving, exposure to multi-trade coordination, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, family-like team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on background with multi-trade construction practices.
• Experience coordinating external subcontractors on active job sites.
• Solid understanding of sequencing, quality control methods, and plan accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily onsite subcontractor supervision to maintain project momentum and accountability.
• Monitor subcontractor installations for quality, accuracy, and brand standards compliance.
• Enforce proper trade sequencing to keep construction phases on schedule.
• Identify field deficiencies and work with subcontractors to implement corrective actions.
• Communicate daily project priorities and field requirements between subcontractors and the Site Supervisor.
• Perform minor hands-on fixes to keep job sites moving safely.
