Actalent seeks a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction activities on Totowa, NJ sites, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You will coordinate field personnel, subs, and vendors while maintaining documentation and promoting safety on active projects.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year field experience, blueprint reading skills, and OSHA 30 certification, with a focus on complex, potentially governmental projects and professional growth within Actalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ year field/site construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of installation practices for building projects.
• Familiarity with RFIs and field documentation.
• Understanding safety policies and regulations.
• Ability to conduct site walks and quality reviews.
• Strong communication for coordinating with subs and vendors.
• Organizational skills for daily reports and records.
• Experience supervising general labor and field personnel.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project needs.

Responsibilities
