Candidates should have at least one year of relevant construction assistant experience and the ability to use basic hand tools. The position involves working across multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties (watering grass, pulling weeds).
• Complete punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and similar tasks as assigned.
