Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to keep our job sites clean and organized while supporting the construction management team. The role includes yard work and performing minor punch-out tasks across framing, painting, and carpentry as needed.

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the construction site on a daily basis.
• Perform yard duties such as watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out tasks for minor warranty, framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and other tasks as assigned.
