Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a construction assistant to help maintain a clean job site and assist with punch-out tasks under supervision. The role supports the construction management team by performing site maintenance and completing minor warranty-related tasks.

Responsibilities include yard maintenance such as watering grass and weeding, plus basic hand tool use to support framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out tasks for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other tasks as assigned.
