Job summary

Perry Homes is hiring a Construction Site Assistant to keep the job site clean and support the construction management team with minor punch-out work. You will also handle yard duties and assist with warranty-related tasks as needed.

• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and related tasks as assigned.
