Job summary

McGough Construction CO, LLC is seeking a Jobsite IT Administrator to provide hands-on technology support across one to two large project jobsites in Fargo and Ellendale, ND. You will manage Windows laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration systems while coordinating with project teams.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, onsite presence, and the ability to juggle priorities across multiple locations, including travel between sites and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of desktop administration or related IT support.
• Strong Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting complex business applications.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPNs, VLANs).
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management and software deployment.
• Preferred: construction/field operations technology experience.
• PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for one to two large project jobsites.
• Configure, deploy, maintain Windows laptops and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and Entra ID; assist with authentication issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, plotters, and AV equipment.
• Assist with AV/conferencing systems and jobsite technology.
• Document configurations and contribute to process improvements.
