Valor Contracting is seeking a Construction Field Engineer for a large datacenter project near Bismarck, ND. This on-site, full-time role supports project managers and superintendents in coordinating site activities and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will assist with plan reviews, prep for field kickoff, and maintain documentation, RFIs, daily reports, and lookahead schedules. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in construction management or equivalent experience (2+ years).
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• OSHA 10/CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in plan reviews and assist with site logistics and field kick-off prep.
• Ensure readiness of codes, schedules, safety requirements, and documentation.
• Communicate project schedules and maintain the 3-week lookahead for proactive planning.
