Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Some Internship, education or field experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Preferred: OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity tracking and verification.
• Track and monitor material inventory on the project site.
• Support building layout and survey activities.
• Assist with the organization, storage, and maintenance of tools.
• Verify embeds and other constructability-related items.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
• Assist in preparing RFIs.
• Support subcontractor coordination and management.
• Participate in weekly coordination meetings.
• Assist with document control and maintain accurate as-built documentation.
• Conduct site safety audits and participate in site safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely daily logs.
