Job summary

IMA Financial Group seeks an Account Specialist to join the Construction service team in Denver. This role provides day-to-day support to the Account Manager and Account Executive for middle to large market accounts.

Onsite in our Denver office 3X per week, you will handle invoicing, endorsements, certificates, and audits, using EPIC to manage account data and client requests. A license in Property & Casualty is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of applicable insurance experience preferred.
• Holds an active Property & Casualty Insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced team.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Manager & Account Executive on large and complex client accounts.
• Handle invoicing, accounting, endorsements, certificates, and audits as directed.
• Use EPIC to maintain account data and process certificate requests.
• Resolve premium discrepancies and audits on expired/non-renewed policies.
• Provide timely responses to client matters and participate in special projects.
