Job summary

FNF Construction seeks a General Laborer to work on-site across general, highway, and landscape construction projects. You will assist journeyman trades, perform earthwork, grading, planting, and debris removal, and operate tools such as jackhammers and tampers.

Travel to project sites is frequent. Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 60 pounds, follow safety procedures, and adapt to flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist journeyman trades on general, highway, and landscape construction projects.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and working outdoors in all weather.
• Understand and follow traffic control plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, grading, earthwork, trenching, planting, and debris removal.
• Operate jackhammer, tampers, and landscape machinery; use hand and power tools.
• Support asphalt paving, concrete placement, form work, turf/plant installation, and irrigation setup.
• Travel frequently to various project sites to accommodate schedules.
