Job summary

FNF Construction seeks a General Laborer to work onsite and assist journeyman trades across general, highway, and landscape projects. You will handle site prep, earthwork, trenching, grading, planting, and sod installation, using hand and power tools including jackhammers. Expect travel to multiple project sites and flexible hours.

The role requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and strong teamwork to support paving, concrete, turf installation, irrigation, and traffic control tasks.

Qualifications

• Physically capable with stamina to stand, lift, and work outdoors.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and traffic control plans.
• Good communication with drivers, coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman trades in general, highway, roadway, and landscape construction.
• Site preparation, earthwork, trenching, grading, planting and sod installation.
• Operate hand and power tools including jackhammers and tampers.
• Support paving, concrete work, turf/plant installation, and irrigation setup.
• Travel frequently to various project sites for different schedules.
