Job summary

FNF Construction in the Southwestern United States is seeking a General Laborer to work onsite. The Laborer supports journeyman trades and crews across general, highway, and landscape construction, site development, and related duties.

Responsibilities include site prep, earthwork, trenching, grading, planting, sod, equipment operation, and assisting with paving and irrigation. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, travel to multiple project sites, and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in general, highway, and landscape construction is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation often required.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman trades with general, highway, and landscape construction
• Prepare sites, grade, trench, plant, sod, and remove debris
• Operate hand tools and handheld equipment
• Support asphalt paving, concrete placement, turf/plant installation, irrigation setup
• Travel to multiple project sites as needed
