Job summary

FNF Construction is seeking a General Laborer to work on-site in Littleton, CO. The Laborer will assist journeyman trades with general, highway, and landscape construction, perform site prep, earthwork, grading, and debris removal, and operate hand and power tools.

Frequent travel to project sites is required. The role emphasizes safety, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to understand and follow traffic control plans and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills with drivers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman trades and crews with general, highway, roadway, and landscape construction and demolition projects.
• Perform site preparation, grading, earthwork, trenching, planting, sod installation, and debris removal.
• Handle and carry materials weighing up to 60 lbs; safely climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and handheld equipment such as jackhammers, tampers, and landscape machinery.
• Support asphalt paving, concrete placement, form work, turf/plant installation, and irrigation setup.
• Assist with traffic control setup, signage, and job site safety procedures.
• Travel frequently to various project sites and maintain flexibility for project work schedule.
