Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Walk, photograph, and scope construction projects of various types and sizes.
• Inspect buildings and job sites to determine scope of work.
• Estimate baseline labor, material, and equipment requirements.
• Review plans, blueprints, and contract documents in preparation for bids.
• Prepare and submit accurate budget estimates and project costs.
• Analyze job specifications to determine construction methods and evaluate cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
