Responsibilities

• Help oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Assist with managing and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site staff
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate daily construction logs, progress reports, and weekly Tool Box Talks and safety meetings
• Identify daily issues that may arise during construction and resolve proactively
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents
• Assist with project managers to maintain schedules, providing regular updates on on-site progress
• Help coordinate between trades to ensure work is sequenced, safe and completed efficiently
• Assist with job site, including material deliveries, equipment allocation, and site organization
• Help monitor and enforce quality control standards, ensuring all work meets project requirements and client expectations
