Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
• Previous experience supporting construction projects preferred.
• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project information among general contractors, project staff, and construction management.
• Monitor open items and assist with tracking contractor performance and construction issues.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings with general contractors and homeowners as needed.
• Track project schedules and assist with identifying and addressing delays.
• Review contractor invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify contractor insurance documentation and licenses for program compliance.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding the construction process and project timelines.
• Provide additional construction-related administrative support as assigned.
