Job summary

Rebuilding Together Greater Florida is seeking a Construction Support Specialist to provide administrative and coordination support to the Construction team, ensuring projects are organized, documented, and progressing efficiently from initiation through closeout. This is primarily office-based, with periodic site visits as needed.

You will manage project files, help with scheduling, tracking, and communications with homeowners and contractors, and assist with permitting and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative or project support experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn internal databases and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files from intake through closeout.
• Track project status, timelines, and action items across active projects.
• Support homeowner, contractor, and staff communications and follow-up.
• Monitor permitting and compliance documentation and scheduling.
• Assist with meetings, data entry, and reporting.
