Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to supervise multiple construction projects.
• Proficiency with standard office functions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor site visits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Disaster Case Managers to assess damage and prepare estimates.
• Review homeowner scope of work and obtain written consent before construction.
• Ensure projects have clear scope of work and approved plans.
• Maintain relationships with building inspectors and stay updated on codes.
• Coordinate with counties/cities to ensure code compliance.
• Procure materials, equipment, and tools for repairs.
• Coordinate volunteers, contractors, and inspectors to meet timelines.
• Travel extensively across the St. Louis region and Central Missouri.
