Job summary

BC Tech Pro in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Computer Field Tech to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, and you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo during onboarding. This is a 1099 contract role with pay by ticket.

Typical workflow involves 2–5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket. You must have reliable transportation and access to a computer and internet to log into the portal;

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Onboarding includes certification in Dell and Lenovo.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into your portal and map out calls by 9 am each workday.
• Communicate with customers to confirm onsite service windows.
