Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Sr. Floating Property Manager for Manufactured Housing communities, with travel across Missouri and Illinois to oversee daily operations and resident relations.

You will manage leasing of homes and lots, drive occupancy, and ensure excellent customer service across multiple properties. Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience managing manufactured housing or mobile home communities is a plus.
• Strong sales and leasing capabilities with tenant relations emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, showing units, and obtaining referrals.
• Manages finances by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Maintains property by inspecting units, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs.
• Ensures property security and emergency readiness.
• Negotiates leases and collects security deposits.
• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Leads tenant relations and supports resident retention initiatives.
